Haggerston Ballot

NUT members at Haggerston are taking part in an indicative ballot closing on Tuesday the 18 Dec over the mis-use of the school Performnace Mangement Policy.

Teachers should only have 3 observations a year, however some have already had over 4 this term and more are planned for this week and next week. 

A NUT Regional Deputation met with the headteacher last week and expressed the Unions concerns.

If the indicative ballot is sucessful the legal ballot for strike action will take place at the begining of next term.
