Launcelot success
A small victory at Launcelot School
The Governing Body of Launcelot School, the nearest primary to Haberdasher's Aske's Knights Academy, met last term to discuss a proposal that they begin talks to merge with the Academy, in the same way as Monson Primary School is being taken over by Aske's Hatcham College Academy.
After hearing from Dr.Sidwell from Aske's and Martin Powell-Davies from the NUT, the governors voted NOT to pursue the proposal any further.
We are very grateful to the Governing Body for taking the chance to hear from both sides of the debate before making a decision.
