Tina Humber our new Divisional Treasurer

I have been teaching in Norfolk for the last 2 years as Deputy Head, SENCO and class teacher in KS2 at Reffley Community School in King's Lynn. I previously taught in Wembley in Brent for 10 years in FS, KS1 and KS2 and have had many roles and responsibilities. In 2007 I completed a Masters in Education at Hertfordshire University and would like to do a doctorate in a few years.  

            I have been part of the NUT since 1997, but I have only been actively involved since January 2008,  when I went along to one of the Local Association meetings after contacting Kendra Deacon. I was made very welcome by everyone and for this reason I am happy to dedicate some time to Union work. I would urge anyone who has time to go along to their local meetings and give their thoughts and opinions and talk to like-minded people doing the same job. It has definitely given me new experiences and an added dimension to my job
